First time I saw this cat in a Soulja Boy music video I laughed, not gonna lie. For some reason I instantly thought that he was some sort of mascot/joke but then I heard a couple of his songs and realized he was for real. Time passed and I didn’t pay him no mind, he kept coming out with music videos which I kept seeing popping up on Facebook & Worldstar. After a long time of keepin’ songs comin’ to the point where someone who wasn’t interested was noticing he signed to Mad Decent. In an interview Diplo made it clear that he put him on to a 6 album deal, instantly he started coming out with collaborations from the Mad Decent camp aswell as being 1/3 of the group Three Loco who also has Andy Milinokis & Dirt Nasty. This cat is the perfect example of keepin’ at it, he had a small but loyal following on the internet and even had to deal with droppin’ out of a contract with Soulja and get himself back up, the persistance and thrive really stands out. Now this MC is backed up by one of the best Record Labels this year aswell as a mighty crew of artists that will only make his art better. The MTV/BET tatted top of the head spitter will be at Fortune Sound Club Sept 28th, he’ll also be joined by Lil Debbie who has a music video out on Riff’s youtube channel.
