So the homies over at Blueprint have been pumping out shows like craaazy which include plenty of up&coming producers/DJ’s and established ones like Flosstradamus, Dillon Francis & Shlohmo. While the massive wave of Trap has struck our little rainy city like a thunder storm we’re all left with wanting more and they did just that. We just had RL Grime open for Lunice at Fortune Sept 13th and he absolutely killed it, he played his most recognized songs (Trap On Acid) while pumping out new tracks that blew everyone’s mind. After his set I got to speak with him briefly and let him know my appreciation for his music. Not many artists can have two alias’s to put out music let alone keep a fan base and making music for different genres but RL is thee perfect example for this, he recently released stadium bangers “Titan” & “BBBS” as Clockwork and they have gotten amazing feedback from everyone in the electronic scene with both being played by big timers like The Bloody Beetroots for example. He has made his mark, THEY have made their mark. Not only are we getting RL to tare it down but Luminox will be opening for him, his infamous remix of The Bingo Players “Rattle” has been played by almost everyone who is anyone in the Trap scene. They have brought you Floss, UZ, Baauer, and now we get RL Grime and Luminox, TRAPCOUVERRRR!
